With this program you will be able to create complete invoices, quotes and estimates, create and define customers or group of customers, create and define products as well as print lists, inventory and print purchases and generate complete and clear reports of all your activities including invoices, bills, statements, sales, inventory, customer profiles, mailing labels and bulk mail. As for invoicing, the program enables you to generate complete invoices that you can edit, print and email whenever you want. You can also create packing lists as well as customize your invoice labels. The application has a very simple and intuitive user interface, with a renewed appearance and some new and improved features. It also includes a comprehensive and well-explained help file for those who have never used a program like this and have no managing experience. All in all, Simple Business Invoicing & Inventory contains all the basic functions that any small business owner would need and even more. |
